Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Cryptocurrency valuations fluctuate. we33 converts crypto deposits to a platform credit equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed deposit. we33 is not liable for any exchange rate movements between the time you initiate a crypto transfer and the time it confirms on-chain.
• It is your responsibility to send cryptocurrency to the correct we33 wallet address and on the correct network. Funds sent to an incorrect address or on an unsupported network cannot be recovered, and we33 accepts no liability for such losses.
• USDT withdrawals are processed exclusively via the TRC-20 (TRON) network. Ensure your receiving wallet supports TRC-20 before submitting a USDT withdrawal request.
• we33 does not provide cryptocurrency exchange services. The Platform's crypto payment feature is solely for the purpose of funding and withdrawing from your we33 gaming account.
• Blockchain network fees (gas fees, miner fees) are the responsibility of the player. we33 does not absorb network fees on outgoing crypto withdrawals.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the we33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
